-These rates are in U.S dollars, are all-inclusive and are non-negotiable.

-Please have these funds counted and in an unsealed envelope or in an orderly way. I appreciate receiving this as soon as you are comfortable in my presence but not after 10 min of Chat and before I have to remind you. We will both enjoy our time together fully if we can eliminate all discussion of this nature.

-No half hours are available. If you must depart early my minimum rate applies as stated. There are some days during the week that I can accommodate same day appointments, feel free to email me. For first time clients I would prefer 2 hr Dates for the First Meeting.
